Job Title: Driver/General Maintenance

Main Purpose:

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the office and perform all driving duties required to support the business.

Responsibilities:Driving Duties:
  • Transporting samples between office locations and warehouses using company vehicles.
  • Airport pick-up/drop-off as required for staff and customers.
  • Performing other driving duties and tasks as required.
  • Occasional out-of-hours driving may be necessary.
Office Maintenance:
  • Overseeing general maintenance and performing simple repairs.
  • Assembling flat-pack furniture as needed.
  • Repairing products and sending out replacement luggage parts to customers.
  • Assisting other departments with general tasks.
Office Supplies:
  • Conducting regular checks on office supplies and purchasing replenishment items as required.
Other:
  • Performing any other reasonable tasks and duties as required.

Person Specification:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Previous office administration experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven IT skills - Outlook, Excel & Word.
  • Able to carry out simple repairs.
  • Confident and flexible in approach and communication.
  • Open-minded and commercial in decision-making.
  • Passionate about product and desire to learn.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced team and independently.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
