Support Worker

This Support Worker role is based at Raasay Primary School, where you will work closely with the Head Teacher and other team members to deliver high-quality childcare services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering activities and providing care for children in a safe and supportive environment.
- Supporting the Head Teacher in planning and delivering activities.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the Head Teacher.
Training and Development:
We invest in our staff's professional development and offer opportunities for further education and training. You will be expected to register with the SSSC and complete any required training. Additional training may be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge.
