Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

Altrad Babcock is a market-leading provider of products and services to the energy, industrial and petrochemical sectors. Our success is built on the quality of our people, our reputation for technological expertise and best-in-class execution, and the collaborative relationships we establish with our customers. We believe that this approach delivers value for our clients and creates exciting opportunities for our people.

We are continuing to recruit on our PPP project at Sellafield, and now seek Planners at all levels to join our team. You'll enjoy working with colleagues who embrace a collaborative approach, a genuine desire to do a great job and an empowerment to develop and grow with a company who pride themselves on a world class approach to safety and who positively encourage new ideas.

You'll be developing construction plans, from post-design phase right through to the co-ordination of construction activities on site. You will provide support to the delivery team updating and monitoring plans to reflect changes and of course the subsequent impact of any delays or changes in forecasts/milestones.

Ideally you will possess some formal qualifications in a technically related subject, and have experience of construction and/or engineering projects. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels is important as there will be extensive consortium partner and sub contractor interaction. Experience of (WBS) Work Breakdown Structures, Primavera (P6) and MS Project are highly desirable. What is more important to us is your enthusiasm and positivity and your new ideas and ways of doing things.

We celebrate the importance of having a diverse workforce and provide an inclusive environment where our people can bring their whole self to work, feel connected and have the space they need to grow – giving everyone an opportunity to reach their full potential.
