Site Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Technician to join our team at Firstfield Electrical Ltd. As a Site Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems in industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain electrical and mechanical systems in accordance with technical standards and codes of practice.
  • Work on hazardous area installations and process control systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Applicable qualifications and knowledge of technical standards and codes of practice.
  • Previous experience in ATEX installations and exposure to PLCs and automation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • An attractive hourly rate based on experience.
  • 6% company contribution to pension.
  • Site-based role with paid door-to-door travel and one hour unpaid break per day.
  • Full clean UK driving licence required.
