Industrial Recruitment Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to lead our industrial recruitment sales team as an Industrial Recruitment Sales Director. With a proven track record in sales management, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the industrial recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the industrial recruitment sector.
- Lead and Motivate a Team: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to ensure individual and team success.
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted lead generation.
