About the Role

InFocus is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support and Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a Support and Enablement Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with complex needs, providing personalized support and enabling them to access our further education curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support young people in a highly personalized way, responding to their needs, wishes, and aspirations
  • Help young people meet their personal care needs and medical needs with dignity
  • Work closely with our multi-disciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and mobility specialists

Working Pattern

The working pattern for this position will be 36.25 hours per week, working Monday – Friday 08:45 – 16:30.
