Tradewind Recruitment is a leading provider of education staff to local Primary Schools in Hull. We are currently seeking a dedicated Education Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in a school environment, ideally with a levelled qualification. A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and EYFS Framework is essential, along with the ability to use a range of strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.

This role offers a competitive salary of £20-25 per hour, depending on experience, as well as free on-site parking and access to excellent CPD opportunities through The National College. As a valued member of our team, you will also benefit from a supportive ethos and strong leadership teams within the schools we work with.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a school environment
  • A levelled qualification
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks
  • A valid CV covering since Secondary school, with all gaps accounted for
