CNC Cutter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Cutter to join our team at Meridian Business Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cutting machines and ensuring the production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure familiarity with job requirements and details before commencement.
  • Report any issues to the cell leader.
  • Maintain a tidy workspace and store finished products in a clean and safe condition.
  • Inspect cloth before cutting for irregularities.
  • Follow cutting procedures and use safety equipment.
  • Ensure machines are kept in good order and cleaned regularly.
  • Store patterns in correct locations.
  • Perform ancillary tasks as requested.

Previous experience with cutting machines, CNC, and production is desired. The successful candidate must be able to commute to Ledbury via own transport or public transport to complete the required working hours.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Pay: £11.72 per hour
