We are seeking an experienced Workforce Scheduling Controller to join our Central Operations Planning team at our Redditch office on a permanent basis.

Your new role will involve managing and scheduling engineers through our scheduling system in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

You will be liaising between our field-based engineers and client premises to allocate the correct skilled engineer to attend to the job, considering store requirements, engineers' location, and priority of the job through to availability.

You will be handling various requirements, including dealing with power cuts that require an engineer within 2 hours, reactive maintenance work, and legislative work against critical KPIs.

As a proactive and solution-focused individual, you will be responsible for handling multiple tasks and prioritizing your workload effectively.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and scheduling engineers through our scheduling system
  • Liaising with field-based engineers and client premises
