About the Role

At Savers, we're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, including promoting products and services to customers.
  • Process customer transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing displays and arranging merchandise to maximize sales.
