- Provide routine waste management and cleaning services to ensure a high-quality output is delivered to our clients.
- Maintain a professional image at all times, interacting with staff, suppliers, clients, and customers in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Ensure Contract Service Delivery
- Meet all Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreements and adhere to cleaning schedules to ensure efficient and consistent operational performance.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, managers, and staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support Cleaning Duties and Tasks
- Assist with cleaning duties and other reasonable tasks as directed by team leaders and managers.
- Be flexible and responsive to changing daily priorities, fulfilling requirements in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate with Knowledge and Efficiency
- Be knowledgeable of all cleaning-related tasks, allowing for efficient execution without the need for specific direction.
- Be familiar with the building layout to service required areas internally or externally.
- Escalate Issues and Maintain Work Area
- Escalate any issues to team leaders and managers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained work area, ensuring all equipment is secure and in good working order.
- Communicate Effectively
- Communicate regularly with team leaders and managers to obtain feedback on quality, service, and care.
- Participate in the performance review process and personal development planning.
- Develop Skills and Knowledge
- Undertake training as necessary to develop skills and knowledge in line with the development of the post.
- Achieve and demonstrate agreed standards of personal and professional development within agreed timescales.
- Waste Management and/or Cleaning Experience
- Preferably with waste management and/or cleaning experience, although training can be provided.

Working hours: 06:00 – 14:30 / 13:00 – 21:30
Salary: £11.44 per hour
