About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Financial Performance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our Business Development Team and creating profitable commercial offers for new business opportunities.

  • A qualified accountant with post-qualification experience
  • Held previous commercial finance roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial analysis and support to the Business Development Team
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand proposed solutions and model financial workbooks
  • Documenting pricing assumptions for internal sign-off and client submission
  • Communicating agendas and timeframes to ensure relevant approval before submissions
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus 15% KPI performance-related bonus, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working hours, holiday allowance, and access to training and development programs.
