We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estates Manager to join our Property Team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As an Estates Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties across Southern UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a large portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide expert advice on property management, lease issues, and collaborate closely with construction and facilities management teams.
- Ensure financial diligence in managing rents and other liabilities, contributing to cost-saving strategies.
- Engage in property transactions, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and more, supporting the Head of Estates in strategic property decisions.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-site property or estate management.
- RICS qualification (completed or in progress) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in landlord and tenant legislation with excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
- A strong communicator, eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK Driving License for site visits.
