We're seeking a Commercial Analyst to join our iwocaPay team at Iwoca Ltd.

iwocaPay works with sellers to offer innovative Trade Credit and BNPL solutions for business customers. Fast, flexible finance empowers small businesses to manage their cash flow better and seize opportunities - making their business and the economy stronger as a whole.

The iwocaPay Strategy and Insights team is a small but mighty team that owns the business intelligence reporting tools that other teams rely on, and conducts analyses, bringing insights that drive strategic decisions and influence prioritisation of projects.

We're looking for a Commercial Analyst who can elevate the knowledge of our top of funnel and acquisition efforts. As part of the Strategy & Insights team, you'll help the sales team manage our customer relationship management (CRM) data and uncover insights to drive more relevant leads to iwocaPay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse sales data and customer performance that feeds into sales forecasting & strategic planning.
  • Support the Sales team in improving and streamlining operational processes, tools, & technologies.
  • Refine and develop our team's usage of Hubspot, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date leads & customer information.
  • Build reports & dashboards in Hubspot and Looker, to provide insights into sales performance and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years analytical experience working in a B2B environment supporting sales, managing data, and uncovering insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL and exposure to database management.
  • Experience with business intelligence or data visualisation tools.
