We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at Byron Recruitment. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a payroll team, processing payrolls, and managing payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 5 payroll professionals
- Process payrolls on a monthly basis
- Manage payroll systems and ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Review and approve expenses, labour invoices, rates, and timesheets
- Administer payroll changes, leavers, new starters, and salary reviews
- Conduct budgetary and standard cost reporting
- Provide monthly reporting and analysis
- Support and liaise with senior management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a payroll management position
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong relationship management skills
- A professional payroll qualification
- Extensive payroll knowledge and experience of processing large volumes of payrolls
- Strong audit skills
- Adaptable to change and work well under pressure
