Job Description

**Warehouse Operative - Order Picker**

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team at Empowered Personnel Ltd. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners and digital printing machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners
  • Pack products neatly and securely for shipping
  • Ensure correct products and quantities are picked and packed
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Shift Pattern:

We offer a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern, with the option to work 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am. Part-time 10 hour shifts twice a week are also available for students, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £13.50 per hour (dependent on shift pattern)
  • Long-term temporary contract with the potential for extension
  • Weekly pay

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential
