Job Title: Administration and Logistics Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration and Logistics Co-ordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting our instrument loan scheme to schools, ensembles, and individuals across Devon, Torbay, and Plymouth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the Hub van for delivery and collection of instrument stock.
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, schools, and visitors.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and logistics planning tasks.
Requirements:
  • Relevant and recent office experience, preferably in education.
  • ICT skills including Microsoft Office, website maintenance, and stock management software.
  • Full driving licence to include entitlement to drive vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize a busy workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to undertake basic musical instrument maintenance.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Professional, calm, and friendly approach with a good sense of humour.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

This role involves daily lifting and moving of musical resources, some of which are large and/or heavy. Online searches may be done as part of pre-recruitment checks.
