We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at The Portfolio Group, a renowned provider of award-winning HR and Employment Law services. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with a passion for HR and a strong understanding of employment law.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR and employment law advice to clients, supporting them in navigating complex HR processes and procedures. With the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

As an HR Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique HR challenges and requirements. You will utilise your knowledge of employment law to develop clear, concise advice, which will enable our clients to make informed decisions about their HR practices.

This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive training programme, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable, as is previous experience of working in a KPI/target driven environment. You will also have a strong understanding of employment law and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
