About the Role

The role of a Bank Complementary Therapist at HCA Healthcare UK offers the flexibility to work across our network of leading private hospitals, all currently rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by the CQC. As part of our Bank team, you'll have first refusal ahead of agencies on a range of shifts, providing exposure to one of the UK's leading private healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide complementary therapy services to patients as required by the hospital and in line with your qualifications and experience.
  • To maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
  • To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • To participate in clinical supervision and audit/research activities.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with recognized training in aromatherapy/reflexology (e.g., IFA, AOC) and minimum 3 years' experience working with cancer patients, neurology, or an acute setting. Experience of collaborating in audit/research and knowledge of cancer management is also desirable.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is approximately £23-£35 per hour, depending on experience.
