Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Specialist to join our team at Protec Fire Detection PLC. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing fire suppression systems that meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our design team to develop and implement fire suppression systems that meet client requirements.
  • Design and install sprinkler systems, including site surveys and as-built documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services.
  • Act as a company ambassador, promoting a positive image and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Travel to client sites and work away from home as required, with flexibility to work overtime when needed.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of sprinkler systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Find creative solutions to complex problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain distribution systems, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Essential qualifications: LPCB Basic, Clean UK Driving Licence, CSCS.
  • Desirable qualifications: LPCB Intermediate, LPCB - FHC, Revit/BIM.
  • Essential skills: Excellent customer service skills, professional telephone manner, excellent oral and written communication skills, competent using Microsoft Office packages, competent using AutoCAD & Canute FHC.
  • Desirable skills: BIM / Revit modelling, ability to confidently deal with difficult and stressful situations, ability to maintain accurate records, great interpersonal skills.
