Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dermatology Registrar to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a registerable medical qualification and be fully registered with the GMC/GDC with a License to Practice.
  • Have completed MRCP Part 1 and be working towards MRCP Part 2 (PACES).
  • Have completed General Professional Training and Specialist training in Dermatology.
  • Be able to demonstrate leadership capability within multi-disciplinary teams and have a thorough understanding of principles of medical audit and quality improvement.
  • Have experience of conducting or supporting clinical research and undergraduate and post-graduate teaching and exam preparation.
  • Be an effective communicator, able to work in a close-knit team and co-operate with all medical and paramedical staff.
  • Be flexible and resilient, with a professional attitude towards work, reliability, good record of attendance and tidy personal appearance.
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of Kings Values.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Relevant research experience in one or more aspects of Dermatology.
  • Publication of relevant review articles or case reports.
