We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our commercial roofing company, you will be responsible for organizing and managing contracts to ensure quality, safety, and programme objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and control direct employed and sub-contractor labour to ensure efficient project delivery.
  2. Prepare and approve timesheets and sub-contract labour invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
  3. Maintain health and safety standards on sites, adhering to method statements and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  4. Access and update method statements and risk assessments as required to ensure compliance.
  5. Ensure daily completion of Safe Start/Finishes, Hot Works Permits, and Gas Torch Permits on all projects.
  6. Coordinate plant, craneage, materials, labour, and sub-contractors to meet programme requirements.
  7. Verify quality, ensuring work conforms to specifications and drawings.
  8. Monitor project costs against estimated/predicted budgets to maintain financial control.
  9. Manage materials on site, organizing procurement and call-offs with the office.
  10. Coordinate deliveries with main contractors' on-site systems.
  11. Attend meetings with main contractors as required to maintain effective communication.
  12. Maintain quality assurance records and attend company safety meetings and training.
  13. Deliver weekly Toolbox Talks to labour and sub-contractors to promote a culture of safety and quality.
  14. Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
