Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Technology to lead our technology development and drive innovation at AWD online.
As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our technology strategy, aligning with our business objectives and driving growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and leading our technology strategy to drive innovation and support business growth
- Collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment and support for the technology vision
- Developing and managing a technology roadmap aligned with our strategic objectives
- Maintaining, improving, and developing our IoT products and services
- Leading, mentoring, and developing our team of IoT software engineers and IT professionals
- Overseeing our IT infrastructure, focusing on scalability, efficiency, data protection, and cybersecurity
You will have a strong hands-on technical background with expertise in cloud services and/or IoT/App development, software development, and IT. Experience of working in product development alongside electronics, software, and mechanical engineers is essential.
