Role Overview

The Developmental Needs Coordinator will be responsible for supporting individuals with various developmental needs. You will work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, as part of a multidisciplinary team, to ensure clients receive holistic care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting psychological assessments and interventions under supervision
  • Assisting in research, data collection, and analysis for ongoing projects
  • Working with individuals with various developmental needs
  • Contributing to creating and delivering support plans based on evidence-based practices
  • Supporting multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive holistic care
  • Monitoring and recording client progress, providing feedback to senior professionals
  • Participating in workshops and training to further develop professional skills

We offer a competitive salary of £4,800 per year, paid weekly on a PAYE basis, with extension opportunities available.
