We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our Home Instead team as a Dementia Companion. As a vital member of our CQC Outstanding CAREGiver team, you will provide personalized support and care to clients with dementia in Redcar and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

As a Dementia Companion, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes. This rewarding role requires excellent communication and people skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to clients with dementia, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.

• Work collaboratively with the client's family and our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Competitive hourly rate: £13.00-£20.00 per hour.

Requirements:

• A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and client needs.
