Deputy Nursing Home Manager

Location: Chelmsford, Essex
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Deputy Nursing Home Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding care and support to our residents.
You will assist the Home Manager with CQC compliance, audits, rota management, recruitment, mentoring, appraisals, and more. Our service specialises in various areas of care including elderly, dementia, and physical disabilities.
