We are seeking a skilled Roofer and Labourer to join our team at Build Force Talent UK Ltd in Bromley, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:- Roofer:
- Carry out roofing repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, following health and safety guidelines.
- Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Labourer:
- Assist the Roofer with day-to-day tasks, including carrying materials, preparing work areas, and general site clean-up.
- Support the Roofer in ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and safely.
- Previous experience in roofing and labouring is essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid CSCS card preferred but not essential.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Competitive daily rates: £200 per day for the Roofer, up to £120 per day for the Labourer.
- Opportunity to work with a well-established company in the Bromley area.
- Long-term, stable employment with potential for progression.
