We are recruiting a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our team in overseeing all catering and service operations for Chartwells. As a critical component of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, preparing delicious food to the highest standards, and delivering exceptional food experiences.

Your responsibilities will include supervising culinary and catering teams, communicating regularly with your line manager, representing Compass Group UK&I, and implementing Health & Safety standards. You will also need to liaise between customers and our teams, support and train staff, and maintain a positive brand image.

To excel in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional food and customer service. A minimum of two years of catering experience and experience managing teams in a similar role are essential. You will also need to hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Estimated salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum.
