About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Case Manager to join our team at Innovate HMG Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our clients' employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone assessments and complete reports to identify and manage health risks in the workplace.
- Escalate and refer assessments as necessary to ensure appropriate care and positive return to work outcomes.
- Manage all cases on our online case noting system to facilitate productivity and assure quality care.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring customers by providing excellent and consistent quality of service.
- Contribute to the design of controls for injury prevention and health surveillance related to actual and potential hazards in the work environment.
- Identify and implement primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention and health promotion strategies to optimize the health of our clients' employees.
- Encourage employees to take responsibility for their own health through health education and promotion.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including a good telephone manner.
- A high attention to detail with good editing and proof-reading ability.
- IT skills, including knowledge of standard software Microsoft Office packages and willingness to learn internal systems.
- Experience in the Occupational Health business sector.
- Report writing and occupational health expertise.
