EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, is seeking a skilled Brand and Content Marketing Strategist to join its Energy Systems Marketing team. As the chief storyteller, you will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that engage our target audience, attract potential customers, and support our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content marketing plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the in-house creative team to develop briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and communications.
  • Create application-focused content that can be adapted for different media channels.
  • Support global marketing tradeshow efforts by creating specific materials for events.
  • Maintain the Energy Systems section of our website, updating content and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement SEO meta descriptions, titles, and tags.
  • Write executive talking points and scripts for events, interviews, webcasts, and podcasts.
  • Contribute to corporate web strategy, integrating Salesforce CRM with web environments.
  • Develop advertising tactics using PPC, display, social media, and programmatic platforms.
  • Support the creation of marketing campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.
  • Manage activities according to annual marketing budgets.
  • Identify KPIs for social media, SEO, website usage, and email campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or similar.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working in marketing, content creation, communications, or similar.
  • An excellent understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proven success in content-led marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled in social media, marketing automation, and digital presence building.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO, SMO, and PPC practices.
  • Experienced in marketing communications and writing for print and digital formats.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing software.
  • Strong focus on achieving marketing ROI and KPIs.
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
  • Excellent people skills, capable of building a strong network of contacts.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% annually.
