Job Title: Lead Cloud Architect

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cloud Architect to join our Customer Success Services team. As a Lead Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class cloud services to our customers, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement cloud solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish trust-based client relationships and work closely with customers to capture business and industry requirements.
  • Translate customer requirements into technical architectures aligned with Oracle's best practices and service delivery standards.
  • Lead CSS's highly experienced delivery teams, providing technical governance and guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and new technologies, and provide structured awareness to CSS teams and customers on how to adapt.
  • Work with sales teams to assist with pre-sales activities, defining scope, LoE, and technical guidance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior/Enterprise Architect delivering enterprise solutions and/or transformation programs targeting cloud technologies.
  • Enterprise Design/Architecture Framework experience, such as TOGAF or similar.
  • Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor teams.
  • Agile approach to design and delivery, with experience adapting change at Program/Project and Solution levels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Technical Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Oracle's private, hybrid, and public cloud solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and architecture.
  • Good knowledge of physical and SDN network technologies.
  • Good technical knowledge of relevant open-source cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security.
