£25,480.00 pro-rata | 8 hours per week (divided to two days)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clean Team Member to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club, including gym equipment, locker rooms, and public areas.
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
