We are seeking a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial Branch Manager to join our team at A-Plan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and retention.
- Manage the branch's profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to ensure the branch remains competitive and compliant.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing through length of service.
