We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and analysing manufactured product in controlled laboratory conditions, confirming that the product delivers against specification.

Your role will involve testing core materials, ensuring they meet correct specification, inputting all test results in the required format, and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date in an orderly manner.

You will also be responsible for measuring and documenting incoming materials, and being an important influence in product and process development trials.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a Quality Technician role, strong mathematical, analytical and technical skills, and the ability to interpret test data and material behaviours.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum, plus pension, profit share scheme, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for testing and analysing manufactured product in controlled laboratory conditions, confirming that the product delivers against specification.
  • Responsible for testing core materials, ensuring they meet correct specification.
  • Input all test results in the format required, ensure all documentation is kept up to date in an orderly manner.
  • Measure and document incoming materials.
  • Be an important influence in product and process development trials.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Technician role.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical and technical skills.
  • Ability to interpret test data and material behaviours.
  • Laboratory or testing experience preferred but not essential.
