Job Title: Residential Care Home Manager

At Saivan Care, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Care Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our residential care homes, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor staff to ensure effective utilization of resources and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulatory requirements, Fundamental Standards, and other applicable legislation.
  • Assess, plan, and provide for the needs of residents through the care planning system.
  • Deliver a high level of quality support to residents with complex needs, ensuring their safety, effectiveness, and responsiveness.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, on the telephone, face-to-face, or in written communication.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care management role.
  • Thorough understanding of CQC regulations.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of working with individuals living with Learning Disability, Mental Health, Dementia.
