Responsibilities:
• Providing individualized care and support to children with SEN
• Assisting in the implementation of personalized learning plans
• Collaborating with teaching staff and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment
• Monitoring and recording progress, providing feedback to the school and parents
• Encouraging social integration and fostering independence in students
Requirements:
• Experience working with children, especially those with SEN
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• A willingness to adapt and respond to the unique needs of each child
Working Hours: The position involves working from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, during term time only.
