We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join our team at McLaren Automotive in Woking, Surrey.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing paint spraying equipment, mixing paints to the correct colour and consistency, and applying the correct film build to vehicles. They will also be responsible for maintaining and cleaning equipment, storing paints in the correct conditions, and working as part of a team to resolve problems affecting quality, cost, or productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare paint spraying equipment for daily use
- Mix paints to the correct colour and consistency
- Apply the correct film build to vehicles, including primers, colours, and effect coats
- Maintain and clean equipment
- Store paints in the correct conditions
- Work as part of a team to resolve problems affecting quality, cost, or productivity
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have experience in paint spraying and a strong understanding of paint application techniques. They will also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £18.53 per hour, paid weekly, and the opportunity to become a permanent member of the McLaren Automotive team.
