Estimator Role

The Resolute Group is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their commercial team in the Midlands region. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for carrying out take-offs, bills of quantities, cost plans, and tenders for a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing tenders on behalf of clients based on architectural, structural, and specialist drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Establishing connections with suppliers, subcontractors, and specialists to facilitate collaboration.
• Performing accurate take-offs for residential and commercial projects using measuring tools and software.
• Supporting the estimating and managing director as required.
• Discussing potential value engineering with clients to aid in meeting budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the building industry.
• Deadline-driven, highly organized, and proficient with industry trends and regulations.
• Effective project management skills.
