Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our client school's Special Educational Needs unit in Enfield North London. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing individualised support to students with complex needs, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Your key responsibilities will include assisting the teaching staff in planning and preparing lessons, supporting pupils with daily routines, and contributing to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents. A Level 3 or higher qualification in Childcare or Education is preferred, although relevant experience and training may be considered. The estimated salary for this position is £29,000 - £33,000 per annum.
