Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to assist our head coach in delivering programs and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roller sports and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the head coach in program delivery, ensuring seamless execution and maximum participant engagement.
  • Analyze performance using effective technical and tactical methods, providing valuable insights for improvement.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team. As a volunteer coach assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective coaching strategies to enhance participant outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the head coach to design and deliver engaging programs that cater to diverse needs.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with participants, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record of positively impacting participants through effective coaching and leadership.
  • Expert knowledge and credibility in roller sports, with a deep understanding of technical and tactical aspects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location. Additionally, you will receive:
