Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director with ad-hoc projects and taking full ownership of the Financial and Management Accounts of 2 entities.
You will have full control of the Profit and Loss account, providing commercial support to Senior Stakeholders - finance and non-finance. Additionally, you will support and manage a small finance team, ensuring the smooth handover of responsibilities from the current Management Accountant.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Managing Director with ad-hoc projects
- Take ownership of the Financial and Management Accounts of 2 entities
- Have full control of the Profit and Loss account
- Provide commercial support to Senior Stakeholders
- Support and manage a small finance team
To be successful in this role, you will need to be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (QBE will also be considered) and have previous experience in a similar role. You will also need to be able to work on site full-time during the handover period.
