We're a leading developer of affordable housing, and we're looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team at one of our schemes in Leamington Spa.

This is a customer-facing role, and we're seeking someone with excellent communication skills, strong PC skills, and a good attention to detail. You'll be working onsite, providing excellent service to our older and vulnerable customer base.

As a key member of our Customer & Communities team, you'll help us lead the way in keeping our promise to our customers. You'll be responsible for supporting the Scheme Manager in providing excellent service, ensuring a safe place for customers to live, and dealing with issues related to lettings, tenancy management, and safeguarding.

You'll also develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and leaseholders, ensuring adherence to our code of conduct and professional boundaries. Additionally, you'll assist in all health and safety requirements, create a lively and vibrant environment to reduce social isolation, and monitor grounds and maintenance staff while onsite.

We're looking for someone with knowledge and/or experience of the issues faced by older people or vulnerable groups. You'll need to be a competent user of ICT, with the ability to send emails, compose and print letters, complete online forms, and use in-house IT packages.
