We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to provide individualized support to a child with specific SEND requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEND, particularly in a 1:1 setting.
  • Knowledge of various SEND conditions, such as autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties, and the strategies to support these.
  • Experience in providing personal care is required, with a patient, empathetic, and positive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
  • Relevant qualifications in childcare, education, or SEND support are advantageous.
