Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a new and developing team at a state-of-the-art facility. The facility boasts 33 beds across three distinct wards: a 10-bed female NHS Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit, a 13-bed mixed-gender NHS acute service, and a private acute ward catering to both men and women. Alongside their inpatient services, they offer a comprehensive Outpatient department and regional conference facilities.

The facility has undergone significant improvements with a newly appointed and experienced Senior Management Team. They are seeking dedicated nurses who are eager to contribute to their journey towards achieving an 'Outstanding' rating, placing patient care at the forefront of their practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-focused care.
  • Participate in developing new services and care pathways.
  • Support the local implementation of the Nursing Strategy.
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within the service.
  • Hold an active NMC PIN with at least 12 months of post-qualification experience.
  • Have relevant clinical experience.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • Show the ability to use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
