About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team at ESTÉE LAUDER Companies. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our market-leading makeup products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve set sales goals and expectations, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Foster an omnichannel approach to meet consumer needs and maximize selling opportunities.
  • Take personal responsibility and ownership of performance and self-development, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to sales processes and procedures, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our hero products and services, showcasing knowledge and understanding of key product features and benefits.
  • Play a key role in executing the in-store strategy, working closely with the Assistant Business Manager and Business Manager to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers, providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to drive omni-channel events and experiences, leveraging social media to create engaging content and promote our brand.
Requirements
  • Beauty and makeup obsessed, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and empathic skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with consumers.
  • A trade qualification in makeup artistry, with a strong understanding of makeup techniques and product knowledge.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Team player, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
