Job Role: Field Service and Aftersales Support Manager


As a key member of our team at Hunter Selection, we are seeking an experienced Field Service and Aftersales Support Manager to join our client in Chippenham, Wiltshire.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Attending customer sites to produce and provide inspection reports for the sales department
  • Identifying new customers and new areas for sales growth
  • Following up on quotations to convert into sales
  • Responsible for aftersales service engineering department
  • Providing technical support to customers
  • Overall responsibility for the South region of the business

Requirements:



  • Machinery or industrial equipment background would be very beneficial
  • Leadership experience managing a field service engineering team
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering
  • Understanding of ERP systems
  • Motivated by commercial and technical aspects of the role
