ENT Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ENT Consultant to join our growing team at Omnes Healthcare Limited, based in Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role, supporting the development of our Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide high-quality outpatient care, covering all routine ENT conditions, including children's management, working autonomously in a community setting.
• To support the post holder will report to the Service Manager (Operations) and, in partnership with the ENT Lead, be responsible for managing all aspects of the ENT service, in line with agreed aims and objectives.
• To contribute to optimising the patient pathway and the efficiency of the ENT service, driving best practice in overall performance and finance.
• To actively seek ways of reducing outgoings by new ways of working and motivating staff to deliver maximum efficiency.

Person Specification:

• Fully registered with the GMC.
• Intercollegiate Speciality examination or overseas equivalent FRCS (ORL-HNS).
• Fully trained GPwSI in ENT.
