  • Full-time position with 38.5 hours per week (77 hours per fortnight)
  • Shift pattern: W1 - Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday; W2 - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
  • Shifts ranging between 6:30am and 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Follow recipe cards to prepare, cook, and serve a variety of meals
  • Complete daily paperwork for due diligence
  • Assist with deliveries, checking, probing, and signing off
  • Monitor and record fridge and freezer temperatures
  • Participate in daily and weekly kitchen cleans
  • Manage production and food levels to minimize waste
  • Undertake relevant training as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar food service environment
  • Relevant culinary qualification
  • Security checks required for this role
  • Driving license essential due to the location of the site
  • Flexibility and ability to innovate
