Join Our Team as an Urban Designer

We are seeking an experienced Urban Designer to join our team at Urban Design Box. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering integrated Masterplanning, Architecture, and Urban Design projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-qualified experience in a design practice, working on urban design and masterplanning projects. You will have a strong portfolio of work, including experience in designing detailed residential layouts and masterplans, street elevations, and land budget plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage urban design and masterplanning projects
  • Develop and implement creative visions for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients
  • Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in urban design and masterplanning
  • Strong portfolio of work, including residential layouts and masterplans
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand-drawing
  • Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
