Job Title: Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Dudley Children's Services. As a key member of our Adolescent Safeguarding Service, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people at risk of child criminal and/or sexual exploitation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on child safeguarding and protection
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the needs of children and young people
  • Working closely with external partners, including police officers, nurses, and youth workers, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to safeguarding
  • Supporting the development of staff skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities
